HOW TO RETURN
1. Put the patterns back in the box carefully. Please make sure that there is enough filling material around the edges of the box and between the patterns.
2. Request a printable return ticket from our customer service at [email protected]. Glue this onto the sample box and take it to the post office or DHL Packstation.
3. We will check the samples for damage and refund the cost of the returned samples.

HOW TO RETURN

Since the majority of our products are forwarding items, returning them involves a great deal of effort and high costs. Please order samples in advance to convince yourself of the product. If you still want to send something back:

1. Please write to our customer service and name the products you want to return.
2. We examine Your request and arrange for the collection of the products, or send you a returns label
3. You will receive further information on collection by telephone and/or email from us.
4. We will refund your payment as soon as the products are with us have arrived and we have checked them.

PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

DPlease note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following. Contracts exists: contracts for the supply of goods that are not are prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or specifically tailored to the personal needs of the consumer are tailored. You can find it on the product pages under the Order information tab a note if the product is from Returns are excluded.
